Kurumbala Herbal and Research Centre is a 25-year-old foundation, completely devoted in the practice and propagation of Ayurveda, the ancient health care science of India. Though health care has evolved over time with new techniques of diagnosis and treatment, it is our roots that provide the basic understanding of our own body and ways to care for it.
Kurumbala Herbal was established by the visionary physician and philanthropist, the late Dr Srinivasa Venkatachalam in the year 1999 at Courtallam. Started essentially as a home clinic, it has now grown into a multi-unit foundation, operating in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Trichy. His deep knowledge of the sastra, innate sincerity, humility, and ability for untiring hardwork and toil, has won the deepest affection and trust of all those around him. His vision was to ensure that people from all walks of life had access to the most simple and effortless form of medicine.
The legacy is now taken forward by late Dr Srinivasan’s Son, Dr Manikanda Prabhu M.S (ENT-Ayu) who has completed his postgraduation in Department of Ear, Nose & Throat in the field of Ayurveda.
Here, at Kurumbala, we take utmost care in formulation and selection of herbs and ingredients that is used in our products. We carry out stringent testing of herbs and other ingredients in our research facilities to ensure that all our products are of top-notch quality.
